Employee wellness has become the topic de jour of late for many companies. There is increasing evidence that shows provision of a staff health and wellbeing program reduces absence due to sickness, improves morale and encourages staff retention. Your employee is your biggest and probably costliest asset, it makes sense to look after them well and foster an environment of compassion, understanding and engagement.
By offering your employees regular holistic treatments, you're showing them you take their health and wellbeing seriously and are providing them with the opportunity to take a little time out of their busy day to regroup both physically and mentally. Returning to their work relaxed and rejuvenated.
